Introduction & Consent

Account Registration

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is using the Cash Out feature for a partial or full settlement, where available on that market. If your internet connection drops after the bet has already reached g1cbajee's servers, the bet will still be considered valid.

Odds & Markets

G1cbajee reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final. If incorrect odds are published by mistake and are clearly abnormal, g1cbajee reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

If a match is cancelled or left unresolved

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that event's odds will be set to 1.00 and the remaining calculation will proceed as normal.
• If a match is played at a different time or venue than originally scheduled, g1cbajee will determine whether the bet remains valid.

Deposit & Withdrawal

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on g1cbajee. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• Certain games may be ineligible for bonus wagering.
• If two bonuses are active at the same time, the terms and conditions of each will apply separately.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or use them across multiple accounts may result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being suspended.

Referral & Cashback

Referral bonuses apply only when a new member registers and meets the required deposit and wagering thresholds. Cashback bonuses are generally calculated based on net losses for the week and are credited automatically on a designated day.

Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All members of g1cbajee are expected to use the platform honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting g1cbajee support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of the request will be returned after verification, though special conditions may apply to funds earned through bonuses.

G1cbajee may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms is proven.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or refusal to provide required information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, g1cbajee reserves the right to decide whether to return the balance based on the outcome of the investigation.

Limitation of Liability

G1cbajee provides its services on an "as is" basis. g1cbajee shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets that are missed or delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• If a transaction issue arises due to a third-party payment service provider.
• If an account is hacked or credentials are stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Financial losses resulting from the outcome of games of chance.

If it is proven that a direct loss was caused by a fault on g1cbajee's part, g1cbajee's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of that specific transaction.
